5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear briefs, timely feedback, and all necessary assets (brand guidelines, text, images, etc.). Delays in approvals or feedback may affect project timelines and fees, where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigitalSender is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your business decisions based on our marketing campaigns. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service(s) involved in the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your resident state or Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
